This pasta recipe, which the tennis player sweetens with dates and cocoa and eats before every match, is one of the secrets to his energy on the court. Ambrosia , the star cocoa in this recipe , is made from dates, hazelnuts, extra virgin olive oil, cocoa powder, and lecithin.

In addition to his diet, of course, Alcaraz maintains a perfectly controlled and measured training routine , ensuring that he trains four hours a day. "I'm always at the gym at 9:30 a.m. and I'm training nonstop until 1:00 p.m.," the young tennis player from Murcia told Pablo Motos.
